Tenuta la Pazzaglia

We spent a delicious afternoon at this winery in Castiglione in Teverina, Viterbo.

It was quite the ordeal to arrive there as, well, rural roads and GPS don’t tend to get along and we had a bit of trial and error. Even the owners were starting to think we had given up on visiting!

The coffee in Italy: Gli espressi

One of my favourite things while in Italy is having coffee after a fabulous meal.

As I mentioned in an earlier post, the agroturismo we stayed on had kiwi trees, so it’s not surprising that the starter for one of the dinners was a platter with kiwi jam, fresh cheese, harder cheese, peach and… fresh kiwis!
