We’re having this quite often, now that the weather is starting to get dark and nasty.
I use a pressure cooker, but a deep pot with lid works very well too… although it will take longer to cook!

Quick to make, weird and pleasant to eat đ€Ș
It has a nice, gentle crunch, and the sesame oil and cheese are balanced out by the sourness of the vinegar and the pickled radishes. It somehow… works?
Devvers says it has such a strong 80s vibe, maybe it’s the colours… maybe it’s the arrangement? I think it’s the sweetcorn!

We’ve been eating delicious dishes that I would not have thought of eating with those ingredients, it’s great!
We’ve also been channeling our inner Persian, which is fabulous as well, and makes us think of our Iranian friends and the magnificent feasts they host at their house. We miss them đ€
